A new live comedy night launches at Madame Jojo’s - The Works brings together the crème de la crème of comedic talent for a brilliant and unmissable show!
The Works is a gang sketch show in the style of Saturday Night Live, created by the UK's hottest sketch writers and performers. Described as a 'comedy democracy' it champions the best work from both well-established sketch writers, and new writers brimming with comedy genius. The concept is simple - all material is performed simply because it’s damn funny. The Works combines an awesome array of writing and performing talent. It’s a unique opportunity for comedy writers to show off their best work live on stage, and a dazzling young cast of performers represents the pick of the new generation of comic actors.

David Armand, Mathew Baynton, Isabel Fay, Katherine Jakeways, Nick Mohammed, Renton Skinner, Isy Suttie and Rosalyn Wright.
These exciting artists share some impressive credits including: The Armstrong and Miller Show, Peep Show, Pulling, Gavin and Stacey, How Not To Live Your Life, Sorry I’ve Got No Head, Star Stories and Reggie Perrin.
